In general we don’t accept pets in our premises, but if you have a very small pet friend please contact us for evaluation.

If you have booked Scala Apartments Borgo Pinti, you will have your private apartment and you don’t share any facility with other people.

The apartment is located on the first floor (1 flight of stairs). There is no elevator in the building.

It is about 10 min taxi ride and 20-25 min walking from the station Firenze S.M.N (the central station). If you arrive at Firenze Campo di Marte station, you could also take a taxi which is also just 10 min away. 

If you arrive after 21 in the evening, you could do self check-in, we will send you the instructions on the date of arrival.

Yes, there is a door in the bathroom. 

Our check-in time is after 14:30, after 11:00 it will be possible to leave your luggage.

Apartment 2. 

The nearest parking Parking Florence at Via Fiesolana 17, Florence, the apartments are located in ZTL so you will need to leave your car in a garage to avoid getting a fine ticket. If you don’t want to Park inside ZTL, you could find street parking in Piazza Beccaria area. 

If you have booked Scala Garden Entire House, you will have the entire house and you don’t share with other people. If you have booked a room only, you will share kitchen, living room and the garden with other guests. 

There are 4 bathrooms in the house.

Room 101 with bathroom: 1 single bed + 1 double bed + 1 sofa bed (max 4), Room 102 with bathroom: 1 double bed, per 2, Room 103 with bathroom: 1 elevated double bed + 1 sofa bed, per 3; Room 104 with bathroom: 1 double bed + 1 single sofa bed, per 3; Room 105: 1 single bed x1 to share bathroom with 104.

We have a convention with Garage Europa in Borgognissanti, 96, 50123 Florence, which is just 2 min walk away, the cost is 20 euros per vehicle per day. Please contact us to get vouchers for the parking.
